Doda::Prof. Zaheer Abbass Hashmi presently Controller of Examination, Cluster University of Jammu and Ex-Principal GDC Doda and Govt. PG College  Bhaderwah has been felicitated with an Award 

and Certificate of Excellence for his standing achievement and remarkable role in the field of Education at both University and College on the occasion of Asia Pacific Achiever's Summit on Globalization of Economic Growth and Social Development on 8th July 2018 at Toshkent Uzbekistan. The award was presented by Ms. Sipra Ghosh, Ambassador of Embassy of India Tashkent Uzbekistan, Ms. Adolat Nasirova CEO and Governor of Tashkent region, Uzbekistan and Mr. Wooskg Cho, Ist Vice chancellor INHA University of Tashkent Uzbekistan and other dignitaries present. It is a matter of honour to get felicitated at International level. It is also pertinent to mention here that Govt. PG College Bhaderwah and Govt. Degree College Doda has reached to incomparable heights in academics and Development front under his supervision as principal. This time also as Controller of Examination Cluster University of Jammu, he is doing remarkable job and bringing name and fame to institute. He has also opened up Evaluation Centre at GDC Doda and PG College Bhaderwah which is first of its kind in the history of both colleges.

Doda Boy Gazi Bashir Wani Awarded Gold Medal By Kashmir University. BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  Gazi Bashir Wani S/O Bashir Ahmed Wani ,Shakeela Begum of Ghat village in Doda district has been awarded  gold medal  at the  convocation of Kashmir University  today. He was the topper from Central University Kashmir in mathematics and got first position by securing 93 % marks in the year 2015-16.
