*Immediate removal of the RReT tag illegally provided by the present govt as the same has no existence in the CSR,  basic order of the RET scheme i e Govt order no.396 Edu . Of 2000 dated 28-04-2000 and even in any written order / circular or our service record .The same has  already been banned by the honourable high court of J&K at jammu  in it's extra ordinary decision in LPA no:-  129/2016 dated 09-11-2016 titled Majid Ilyas vs state of J and K and others through commissioner secretary Education department, in which honourable court has declared the same as violation of the norms and has much cleared that Any RET teacher ( on completion of 5 year services as RET)after getting regularisation as general  teacher loses the status of RET as per CSR so treat them equally with those who have been appointed directly through SSRB or promoted through DPC quota*

*Early release of  salary  in favour of the teachers working under SSA, who are at the verge of starvation due to non-payment of their salary dues from last three months*.

Mr.Malik alleged that Government is just using its cheap tactics and is not sincere in providing salary to the teachers who are spilling their blood onto the blank papers honestly.  He said "Government is making fun of their salary by issuing one after another controversial and political statements on the name of the salary.Salary is our right and not alms that government is giving that too with do much of dramatization of the issue.  

He demanded *provision of comprehensive transfer policy as per the clear cut directions of Honourable high Court of jammu and Kashmir and Govt. Order no 469 Edu. Of 2014*  Teachers regularized through RET scheme were brought under transfer policy by  then Govt as per cabinet decision  no:-19 and Government order no:- 469 Edu of 2014 but it's very unfortunate that soon after coming into the power the present coalition Govt.has banned the transfer policy in favour of teachers regularised through RET scheme and the honourable 

Education minister has assured several times to the deputation of RET forum leaders that a comprehensive transfer policy is under process and will be framed very soon but that soon seems longer than any other span. He even assured this on the floor of house but again mere dialogues and nothing concrete has been done so far in this.  Honourable Education minister has assured to frame transfer policy but no practical shape has been given to the words so promised by the honourable Minister. He alleges that pick and chose policy has been openly adopted by the Government in transfers of Regularized RET teachers as in Kashmir province  number of such transfer orders  became viral on social media but in jammu province teachers especially females are suffering badly due to non availability of impartial transfer policy. When the division bench of Honourable J & K High court at jammu has already directed the Govt. especially Education department to bring the RET teachers in transfer policy after getting regularisation in LPA no :-  129/2016 dated 09-11-2016  *in this judgement honourable court has directed that after getting regularisation RET teachers can be transferred out on any post of the teacher in any school of the district they belong* It's pretent to mention here that this case has been defended by the worthy Advocate general of the State from Government side and the final desicion by disposing the case was given by the bunch headed by honourable Chief justice of State and honourable justice Tashi Rabistan of J & K high court but very unfortunately Government fails to implement this desicion in our favour

*Release all the pending arrears of teachers working under SSA component*

A huge amount of funds are pending in shape of D A arrears and salary arrears of the teachers whose regularisation has been delayed by the department due to no fault of theirs, even GPF and NPS share of the teachers for several months is pending and still no mechanism has been framed by the Govt. for the provision of funds in this regard .

Mr. Malik urges upon the  government to resolve all the issues of RET teachers and release the salary of teachers working under SSA on top priority basis as it's, the, duty and responsibility of Govt.to arrange the salary of employees without any delay. *"We are teachers, our job is to teach  and we don't want to be on roads  after a  long winter break" ,but we have been forced to do so, as it has become the routine for us to close schools, come on roads,  demand salary and then Govt.  Releases our half salary ,He added*

AJK RET.T.F leader urges upon the government to stop the mental harassment to RET community, resolve all their issues especially provision of monthly SSA salary and transfer policy for which honourable Education minister has already make commitment .He threatens that if government will again fail to fulfill it's commitment, RET teachers will close all the schools across the state and come on roads to register their protest against cruel and anti RET policies of Government for which the government will be wholly solly responsible.
