Doda, March 25 Monthly meeting of AJKRETTF Doda commenced in great energy at Doda under the dynamic chairmanship of DP Sajad Malik. The meeting aimed at lambasting the attitude of government towards the rehbar e taleem teachers whom they have made a laughing stock in public and society. While addressing Mr.Malik blamed the government for it's failure to address the genuine demands of the teachers. He expressed his great anguish over the treatment of Government who always took a U Turn on the promises made by them. The government did nothing but snatched every right as well as  respect of the Rehbar e Taleem Teachers of the state. This unholy alliance who is riding nothing but a dwindling boat has done nothing but made just castles of words that vanished in air only. Transfer policy, salary streamlining every issue is lying pending that what this government claims to do.

This government has not only tried to tarnish the image of Rehbars but also dishonoured the decision of Hon'ble High Court by using the illegal term RReT that has been banned by it.

This government is capable of giving nothing but only chaired to snatch the respect and rights of its employees ; first Transfer Policy, order no 469 and now the ban on in situ and time bound promotions for Rehbar E Taleem. We are not going to accept this insult and thus will soon be on roads if the order is not revoked in time bound manner.

Mr. Malik spoke that the teachers in state and Doda in particular are tye worst sufferers. The PTR is brazenly being molested and tue influential people are enjoying the feasible postings while the normal teachers are made to whimper on their fate. There is a dark rule in Doda and mismanagement as well huge embezzlement in disbursement of funds to various educational zones in which Zone Bhagwah is the worst sufferer. Zone Thathri too is facing a similar thing and huge corruption monster has dug its deep roots in the Education zone thathi. 

Mr. Malik warned the culprit officers and their well wishers to mend their ways or be ready to face wrath of the teachers.

President of the Forum openly threatened the government to sort the things in time bound manner otherwise government would be responsible for the chaos in the department as well as in the schools and we would be forced to lock up each and every SSA school of the district.
