Unemployed ITI Electration Diploma Holders Association Doda J&K

Doda:; The representation of Unemployed Two year  (ITI) Electration Diploma Holder's Association Doda Jammu & Kashmir submitted that from 1997 years we the trained ITI Diploma holders have been running from pillar to post in Power Development Department in our state but till date the governments has failed to approved vacancies in government sector.

*  The government had approved the engagement of candidates trained in ITIs in Electration trade as causal labour by the PHE and PDD in cabinet decision No 116 /4 dated 11-05-2006 in terms of Government Order No 239-F of 2005 dated 09-11-2005 and was issued by the finance department. But the government till date has failed to approved the post for unemployed ITI trained Youth and the issue has remained unsloved. 

*. Unemployed  ITI trained Elecetration Association Doda J&K demanded to create a job policy as per pattern of ReT, Rehbar-e-Roshni.

*.In 2005 Protest , During the ministry Nawang Rigzin Jora, in our state, total 7000 post was vacant and only 2500 ITI Electration unemployed youth was trained. But unfortunate after many decades no vacancies was approved by the government till date but due to failure of our government, we people are suffering alot. 

*. It is pertinent to mentioned here that, some of our colleagues meanwhile have reached the upper age limit for government services and some have the responsibility of supporting families also. 

*. Since, many decads, We ITI Electrations Youth Assocaiation Doda-Kishtwar and Ramban district also submit memorandums to the Minister's. Recently, A deputation led by Tanveer Ahmed meet and submitted memorandum to CM Mehbooba Mufti during her visit in Doda. The deputations of Doda wing also submitted memorandum to MLA Doda and DyCM J&K. They assured that we will use good efforts and take necessary actions for their genuine demands.

*.we unemployed youth in their memorandum to CM and MLA Doda expressed their emotions which were hurt by the government from in the distribution of government jobs by ignoring largely Jammu Provience and especially Chenab Valley districts. The youth gave an ultimatum to government to approved the post and government order No 116/4 2006 otherwise the government should shutdown all the ITI Institutions. 

* So, once again, we have great hope in our government and humbly request to issue necessary instructions to the concerned and concrete policy for providing employment to the ITI trained Electration Youth at earliest.
