ReT Forum Doda holds monthly meeting, demands redressal of issues

Doda::All J&K ReT Teachers’ Forum today demanded redressal of various issues being faced at zonal and CEO Offices. 

The issues were raised by the Forum members during a monthly meeting of All J&K ReT Teachers’ Forum held today at District Headquarter Doda. 

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of District president Sajad Malik and General Secretary Wahid wani and was attended by the zonal  presidents and executive members of the Forum. 

While speaking on the occasion, Sajad Malik highlighted the genuine and burning grievances of the ReT cadre.

He highlighted the number of issues as discrepancy in the transaction of NPS share, grant of post facto permission and Distribution of free text books, lifting of MDM rice, and conduction of training workshops at convenient places.

He demanded immediate clearance  of post facto permission cases from CEO Office Doda especially in favour of those teachers who have availed casual leaves for examination during the  RET Period 

The forum members  also demended immediate enquiry in disbursement of SSA salary & arrears on pic and chose basis especially in Education zone thathri .

Streamlining of SSA salary and release of pending arrears of all the regularized ReT teachers.

Release of contingency as per the directions of SPD SSA   in favour of the teachers who had worked as Resource persons in SEF traning under SSA during the year 2016 

The forum members appealed the CEO Doda to resolve these issues  so that they may not suffer any more.

*It was unanimously resolved in the meeting that ReT Forum District Doda will hold its monthly meeting on the last Sundayof the every month* for the projection of the issues of the ReT cadre to the higher ups

A charter of demands was submitted to the Chief education officer Doda.

Doda Boy Gazi Bashir Wani Awarded Gold Medal By Kashmir University. BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  Gazi Bashir Wani S/O Bashir Ahmed Wani ,Shakeela Begum of Ghat village in Doda district has been awarded  gold medal  at the  convocation of Kashmir University  today. He was the topper from Central University Kashmir in mathematics and got first position by securing 93 % marks in the year 2015-16.
