Doda::Sakhawat centre kishtwar  under the guidance of Dr.  B A mintoo and Prof. Faisal mushtaq kichloo today distribute  87000 rupees as scholarship  to 29 students of different schools who have  already qualified the merit cum means scholarship test  . On the occasion ,held in conference hall of B.ED college, SSP kishtwar Abrar Choudary was the chief guest and Dr.  A H khan(Principal B.ED college) was the guest of honour.The programme was presided over by jb.Ghulam 

Mohuiddin  sheikh, District administrator kupwara.Mir Ashraf,secretary sakhawat centre J and k, was invited as a special guest.SSP kishtwar,principal B. ED college,District administrator kupwara and prof. Faisal mushtaq kichloo(district administrator kishtwar) speak in length about the importance of teacher in the society and their role ,steps taken for providing quality education. Certificates of excellence were also presented to the toppers. At the end vote of thanks was presented by Naeem ul haq waza.....

Young Educated Candidates Eager to Contest Panchayat Elections, BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  After the successful completion  of the elections to  ULBs and the issuance of notification for panchayat elections  the process to  elect the representatives for  panchayats in J&K has begun.  The filing of nomination by the  contesting  candidates is going on in phased manner and many young and well educated faces are coming forward to participate in these  elections. Doda Boy Gazi Bashir Wani Awarded Gold Medal By Kashmir University. BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  Gazi Bashir Wani S/O Bashir Ahmed Wani ,Shakeela Begum of Ghat village in Doda district has been awarded  gold medal  at the  convocation of Kashmir University  today. He was the topper from Central University Kashmir in mathematics and got first position by securing 93 % marks in the year 2015-16. Relatives and friendshave congratulated Mr Gazi and his family on this grand success.Majid Ali waniand Naseera Akthar from Ghat have expressed joy and happiness  and conveyed their best wishes and congratulations to him.
