RESTORE RESERVATION IN PROMOTION BY IMPLEMENTING APEX COURT STAY ORDER AGAINST OF J&K HIGH COURTJKRCEA

Doda,Oct.4th:Jammu&Kashmir Reserved categories Empowerment Alliance(jkrcea) held one day meeting at dak Banglow doda under the leadership of its state  president Dr Sanjay Bhasin.Jkrcea state president highlights the burning issues of reserved categories employees  unfortunately,relevant provisions of reservation in promotion were struck down by Hon'ble Devision Bench Of High Court in Oct 2015 due to govt lawyer deliberate attempts not to contest properly in the court to attend it's own law , Court order affected overall development  and welfare of reserved categories of j&k that constitute 60%population and 100%tribal population in ladhak region, He warns the state govt if that any delay in restoring the reservation in promotion by not implementing STAY ORDER OF Suprem Court can create unrest amongest reserved categories and the situation can go out of control.

Sh Joginder Singh Rai president Chenab Valley lambested the state govt has been totally failure in legally dealing with the issue of public importance aimmediately redress the fundamental &Constitutional rights of the 60% reserved categories employees belongings to SC,ST,and RBA Categories of the state and given advise the state govt adopt 77th,81st& 85th Constitutional Amendments.AIBCU General Secretary Kali dass said during BJP-PDP govt rule,atrocities on SC,ST&OBC and religious minorities has increased.Mr dass given stress upon the govt to fill backlog vacancies whose representation in govt jobs is only 3%& 7%& 9% respectively aganist their quota and mandal report should also be implemented in the state forth with.other.
