Doda::Prof. Syed Zaheer Abbass Hashmi, today assumed the Change
of Controller Examinations, Cluster University Jammu . He took over the change in  presence of Vice chancellor Cluster University Prof. Anju Basin and Registrar Jatinder Khajuria. 
It is pertinent to mention here that after serving as dynamic Principal of GDC Doda and GDC Bhaderwah Prof. Hashmi was appointed as controller of examination by Govt. Of Jammu and Kashmir. Not to forget both the colleges have flourished to new heights under the dynamic leadership of Prof. Hashmi during his tenure. No other principal of both the colleges has achieved yet what he did in terms of developmental work. His appointment is pride and honour to the residents of Chenab valley in general and Doda district in particular. 
Mukesh Parihar President AISF National Council Member and Senior Leader has congratulated Prof. Hashmi for his new assignment and has said that it has opened new doors for others in future also. 
    
 President District Rural Youth Welfare Association DRYWA Farid Ahmed Naik also hailed  appointment of the Prof. Hashmi as controller exams and extended warm greetings to him. In a statement issued here Mr Naik said that Prof Hashmi is a beacon for the people of Doda .

Doda Boy Gazi Bashir Wani Awarded Gold Medal By Kashmir University. BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  Gazi Bashir Wani S/O Bashir Ahmed Wani ,Shakeela Begum of Ghat village in Doda district has been awarded  gold medal  at the  convocation of Kashmir University  today. He was the topper from Central University Kashmir in mathematics and got first position by securing 93 % marks in the year 2015-16.
