Doda:: Today on 25 of Sept.  2017,  District Level Seminar on Drug Addiction was organized by District Institute of Education&  Training.  Doda for the students of Secondary level.  in the programme 22 students participated Tlie programs were coordinated by HoD,  DIET Doda Sh.  Sudesh Kumar Raina with full cooperation of DIET faculty members&  some escort masters&  Teachers from various schools.  1st position was gained by Mr.  Owais Farooq student of 7th class of Govt.  Hs Bhaboor(Ghat),  2nd.  Position went to Kashish Parihar student of 10th class of Govt.  HSS Jatheli&;  rd.  Position was gained by Miss Nadia Butt student of 9th class of Govt.  HSS Malothi The winning students were honoured by presenting trophies and the rest of the participating students were presented with participation certificates.  Besides,  the awareness regarding Child Abuse was also generated among the students and escort teachers by Dr.  Anis Ahmed Sr.  Lecturer District Nodal Officer)  Child Abuse

Doda Boy Gazi Bashir Wani Awarded Gold Medal By Kashmir University. BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  Gazi Bashir Wani S/O Bashir Ahmed Wani ,Shakeela Begum of Ghat village in Doda district has been awarded  gold medal  at the  convocation of Kashmir University  today. He was the topper from Central University Kashmir in mathematics and got first position by securing 93 % marks in the year 2015-16.
