POLICE PUBLIC MEETING HELD BY SSP DODA  AT BHADERWAH .

Doda:; Today On 04 .04.2017, SSP Doda along with ASP BHADERWAH  , SDPO Bhaderwah  held  PCPG meeting with the respectable of Bhaderwah town in community hall Bhaderwah , which was attended by 70/80 people including political non political members. members of social and political groups and prominent citizens. Participants cherished the role of District Police for conducting such types of meetings to bond the relations between Police and Public.

                 During the course of meeting, the participants put forth their demands viz               (1)levelling of ground and construction of shed at GDC Bhaderwah (2) participants complained that drug abuse is main issue in Bhaderwah which should be checked  (3)utilisation of new bus stand at kotli  for vehicles  (4)deployment of Police patrolling during school hours in Bhaderwah town (5) burning issue of VDCS related to disbursement of honorarium amongst members should be solved  (6 )Metador service for school going children from Kursari to bhadrwah (7 )Theft cases taking place in Bhaderwah should be checked (8 )huge traffic jamming is being witnessed on Bhaderwah sartingal road,  should be allowed for only one way traffic (9)kerosene oil is being used in Metadors Police should  check this menace (10)some drivers are plying vehicles With out DL nd some teenagers are also being witnessed driving two wheelers (11)construction of toilet cum bathroom at jaie road Bhaderwah (12)Eve teasing rash driving nd drugs abuse are main issue in Bhaderwah should be checked properly nd defaulters be delt under law
  Participants were assured that their  demands will brought into notice of concerned     Departments for redressal and those pertaining to the Police Department would  be redressed on priority.

                  SSP DODA  urged upon the participants to co-operate and strengthen the hands of Police so that  social crime, smuggling of Narcotic Drugs, bovine, illicit liquor, forest produce etc be eradicated from the area. The participants were assured that District Police Doda is trying its best to curb the crime from the society and asked for more cooperation from public. Moreover, respectables  were asked to maintain peace and communal harmony in Bhaderwah town .

Doda Boy Gazi Bashir Wani Awarded Gold Medal By Kashmir University. BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  Gazi Bashir Wani S/O Bashir Ahmed Wani ,Shakeela Begum of Ghat village in Doda district has been awarded  gold medal  at the  convocation of Kashmir University  today. He was the topper from Central University Kashmir in mathematics and got first position by securing 93 % marks in the year 2015-16.
