DODA POLICE RESCUED 02 BOVINES-

ACCUSED ARRESTED AND ARRESTED STORE KEEPER WITH 02 QUINTALS OF RICE

Today on 08.04.2017, on specific information Police Party of Police Post Bhagwah led by ASI Lekh Raj under the supervision of DySP DAR Shri. Nazir Ahmad Ganai on the direction of SSP Doda Shri Mohammad Shabir laid a Naka at Kharhote  Bhagwah and rescued 02 bovine animals from the clutches of 02 smugglers namely:- 1.Talib Hussain S/O Ibrahim R/O Sisarwar Bhagwah, 2.Mohd Iqbal S/O Mohd Qasim R/O Panjan Deesa. In this regards, a case FIR Nos. 68/2017 U/S 188 RPC 3PC Act has been registered at Police Station Doda. Accused were arrested and further investigation is going on. Both are professional Bovine smugglers.  

Moreover, on specific information IC PP Bhagwah ASI Lekh Raj under the supervision of DySP DAR Shri Nazir Ahmed Ganai on the Directions of SSP Doda Shri. Mohammad Shabir, arrested one Storekeeper of ICDS (Social Welfare) namely Gh Qadir S/O Rustum Khanji R/O Bhagwah with 2 quintals of Rice for illegal sale. In this connection Case FIR 69/2017 U/S 409 RPC has been registered at Police Station Doda and further investigation is going on.
