Deputation of RET teachers calls on MOS

Doda::A deputation of AJKRETTF Unit Doda lead by Distt . Vice President Suresh Thakur met MoS Priya Sethi at Doda and presented a charter of demands and requested the minister for early redressal of the issues. The revered deputation appraised MoS about the salary woes that even after disbursement from SPD is lying in CEO's account.  The deputation talked to MoS about the pendency in regularization due to which the teachers are being harassed at  ZEO, CEO and directorate level; worst sufferers being the EV's whose files are licking dust in the offices even after  completing the required tenure 3-4 years back. The deputation demanded implementation of Honourable High Court's Jammu order regarding transfer of teachers and hence requested that the teachers should be transferred as per the existing transfer  rules. 

Madam Priya Sethi assured her personal intervening and her whole hearted support to the deputation to resolve the issues. She claimed that the process of delinking the SSA salary is in its final stage hence the problem of salary will  be solved for all. She took a serious note on EV issue and thus ensured early dispensing off the matters. 

The deputation comprised of Dist VP Suresh Thakur, kehar singh ,kewel singh, Ranjeet Singh, Suresh Kumar ,Rajinder kumar, Pawan kumar ,Nisar Ahmed and others .

Doda Boy Gazi Bashir Wani Awarded Gold Medal By Kashmir University. BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  Gazi Bashir Wani S/O Bashir Ahmed Wani ,Shakeela Begum of Ghat village in Doda district has been awarded  gold medal  at the  convocation of Kashmir University  today. He was the topper from Central University Kashmir in mathematics and got first position by securing 93 % marks in the year 2015-16.
