Doda::AJKRETTF District President Doda Sajad Malik today chaired a meeting of the executive body of the district which aimed at lambasting the tyrannic attitude of the officers towards the rehbar e taleem community. The woebegone community even after the allocation and disbursement of salary by SPD SSA almost a week ago still are waiting to get a salary credit message in their account. In the meeting all the speakers and representatives of RET Teachers Forum unanimously condemned the harassing approach of the Officers of Education department Doda Where crores of funds in SSA salary component is lying within the accounts of ZEO's but teachers are suffering badly due to non payment of their salaries from last 4-6 months .All the speakers in the meeting alleged that Education sector in District Doda Education has now became a hub of favouritism and corruption and politics .

The teachers in meeting lambasted CEO Doda for not releasing the salary till date when teachers are already without salary for 4-6 months. It is to be noted that even the disbursement of salary to ZEO's is a mystery needed to be solved as where some ZEO's are having zero balance in salary component others even after clearing salary of Jan and Feb still are having huge balance in the SSA accounts. The criteria of disbursement of funds from CEO office thus proves a shady venture .

    

The teachers who were regularized as general line teachers almost an year ago are still struggling to get their service records completed. Only the ones who are either favourite or have monetary relations have got their work done. Not to forget that some have their second third increments due this July but still service books are without authentication which indeed is a matter of concern. 

Pre and Post facto files to get permission for seeking higher additional qualification too are destined to lick dust in the office chamber of CEO Doda .Permission  are provided to  teachers by pic and chose policy without any clear cut criteria .

In district Doda rationalisation of teaching staff has became a favourite game of the officers to get their  favorites posted to approachable and desired places .This is a blatant murder of the norms of rationalisation. Pupil Teacher Ratio (PTR) funda is eating dust as the schools with 100+ strength are crying on their fate with 2-3 teachers while schools with 30-40 strength are filled with the favourite teachers.

Some  favourite teachers has been deployed /attached in their near by Schools even some other favourite teachers has been attached in other zones of the District but generally both the teachers as well as students are Suffering due to proper implementation of rationalisation policy as per PTR .

The regularization files of EV's and Rehbar e Taleem teachers from Doda are covered in  inches of dust as no one has touched them since long so the forum demands redressal of the said demands. 

The woes in Doda are like unending tunnel  which has a start but no end.  Mr. Malik while addressing the meeting has warned CEO Doda to ensure that SSA salary should be credited in teachers account with in two days without any fail and other issues including stoppage of favouritism ,pick and choose policy in attachments and political harassment on teachers ,clearance of regularisation  files of Ev's converted and RET Trs ,permission files  and maintenance of service record should be addressed within one week.

All the Zonal presidents and other Forum members warned  if all the issues will not be addressed and sorted , a massive protest along with state body members will be AJKRETTF 

Mr. Malik spoke that within one week if the other issues too will not be addressed and sorted ,a massive protest with the closure of schools along with state body leaders including State president Vinod Sharma , Chairman Bashir Ahmed Dar and other state body members will lead a massive protest at Doda for which chief Education officer Doda will be wholly solly responsible .
