Suspension of ZEO Assar, Distt. Doda.

Doda::Another praiseworthy  feather to cap of Deputy Commissioner Doda  Bhupinder Kumar is added in his major operation to suspend a defaulter ZEO of the district Mr. Harbans Lal ZEO Assar. ZEO Assar has always been a gravel in the porridge by his notorious character. Zone Assar during the period of the said ZEO had became a hub of corruption and malpractices. Many times it has been brought forth through the various means about the wailings of the masses and their exploitation by the official. The corruption charges, embezzlement of funds, treachery, tyranny topped in the zone. The news of the suspension is a major breather to the zone. The said ZEO has many charges standing against his name, thus on continuous cribbing and logical complaints by the residents of zone Assar DC flung into action and hence the guilty ZEO is placed under suspension and asked to report SDM Assar till further orders.
It is pertinent to mention that the corruption levels surmounted in the zone and zone remained talk of the town for its delayed official works, pending assignments but preferred corruption.  Profane  ZEO took pride in woes of the community and least committed for the job he was assigned to. Numerous complaints  stood tall on the towering personality of the guilty ZEO who gave a deaf ear to all those but as it is said that the pitcher of vice has to blast.   The action of DC Doda is laudable as a matter of fact the wrong needs to be mended and the decision of DC to suspend and initiate enquiry is commendable. To bring to public notice  that although DC Doda has done his job proficiently by suspending the culprit but ZEO Assar has managed to get a shield again against his evil deeds as Chief Education Officer Doda took him under his safe umbrella and the alleged ZEO even after being suspended since 24 th of March 2017 is executing his DDO powers. Media circle doda requests DC Doda to look into the matter and thus act accordingly so that the power of the ZEO be seized and he must learn a nice lesson from the instance.

BY ABID PAMPORI Doda::  Gazi Bashir Wani S/O Bashir Ahmed Wani ,Shakeela Begum of Ghat village in Doda district has been awarded  gold medal  at the  convocation of Kashmir University  today. He was the topper from Central University Kashmir in mathematics and got first position by securing 93 % marks in the year 2015-16.
