Indefinite strike of MGNREGA staff enter third consecutive day in distt. Doda

Doda: Indefinite strike of MGNREGA association enters third consecutive day in Distt. Doda to press their long pending demands.
During press release Distt. president Doda Sajjad Ahmed Butt said that "we are on indefinite strike and our strike will remain continue until our long pending demands will not be adressed in written,as we have called off our strike earlier after full assurance given by the hon'ble minister for rural development panchayati raj.Earlier hon'ble minister also assured us your all pending demands will be fulfilled within a time of one month and orders regard this will be issued soon. But after more than one month no such order have been issued by ministry so far.A few days ago hon'ble minister has also given a statement that demands will be redressed after model code of conduct, but we will not believe only in assurance without written orders"
As these employees are engaged on different designations by the govt thorough proper recruitment process and are working with full dedication to implement all the schemes of rural development but it is matter of anguish that why these peoples are suffering and struggling for their future
As "most of the employees have crossed age limites and have served in this department more than 8 years and have given golden period of time to the department but we got only frustration and step motherly treatment.
The public is suffering a lot with the strike of these employees if these employees will remin continue on strike the public may also come on roads because due to strike of mgnrega employees the general public is also suffering.
