PROGRAM ON DIGITAL LAUNCH OF RUSA AT GDC, DODA BY ABID PAMPORI  Doda::Govt degree college doda organised a programme to witness the digital launch of RUSA website under the able guidance of Dr.R K.Raina, Principal GDC Doda.  The Rashtriya Uchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA), under the aegis of ministry of human resource development launched its website portal and mobile app today on 17th of April 2017 by HRD minster Sh. PARKASH JAVADEKAR.  The launch was witnessed by Dr. R.K Raina Principal GDC Doda, faculty members and students of the college. Prf Ankush Raj Hod BCA and Prf Mohd Ashraf Hod history organised and coordinated the event in the college's seminar hall. At the end Prf Ankush Raj delivered a lecture about RUSA and highlighted it's objectives.

Digital India day celebrated at Goha Marmat . Doda::Digital India day celebrated at Goha Marmat in collaboration with J&K Bank Goha . As a part of  Digi Mela like other states of our countrty the said Mela was also organised in different Districrts of our state as well. The same event was organised at Goha which falls in Tehsil Marmat of Doda Districrt. The pragramme was arranged under the supervision of Districrt Administration Doda by the Local BDO namely Yasir Hussain Wani. Which speaking on the occassion the local BDO put forth his views about the  benefits of this said Mela. The main sponser of this Mela was Jammu and kashmir bank Goha.

Students of Doda Villages risk life to reach school BY ABID PAMPORI  Doda:;:The students of Govt. High School Shadiwanday hailing from villages banshalla and Malwana have to cross a Brook (Nalla ) fully loaded with high pressure water daily and due to the absence of the bridge these students are forced to cross the balls through wooden logs . The rural development department has sanctioned a bridge for village Banshalla (Malwana East) where recently and the villagers of the said village want to construct this bridge at this Brook for the safety of the students and others.  The construction of this bridge is to be initiated by BDO GUNDNA and the said BDO has started the construction of this bridge at another place of Banshalla where it is not needed.  The villagers convened an emergency meeting to discuss this issue and took the matter with the concerned JE who brought it to the notice of BDO Gundna but he has given direction to the executing agency to complete this w...
